Lost Prelude is a breathtaking, heart stopping story that will blow your minds away!

Alexander is much more than a sexy, rich man. He has a deep emotional inner world that I cannot wait to discover! He is kind yet rude. He gives everything and nothing to Maya. He is everything and nothing to Maya.

Most alphas we read about in recent books aren’t very deep and they don’t have layer after layer. They’re basically what they seem to be. We still love them, don’t get me wrong, but there’s nothing earth shattering in their stories, with quite a few exceptions, of course. But, you must have noticed that if a book is very very sexy, then the guy is not too deep. I don’t know how else to describe it.

But Alexander seems to have this aura of mystery around him, even though we know more about him than Maya! I loved that about him!

Maya is a truly remarkable woman. I have sympathized so much and so intensely with her that I left like what she felt. I cried when she cried (I’M NOT KIDDING YOU). I felt relieved when she did.

Ella Maise’s writing is outstanding!!! You usually get to read good stories and those stories are often well written. But this?

Lost Prelude is an excellently written story that you will absolutely adore!!! It’s quickly become one of my favorite books and the series, well...I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE NEXT BOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alex & Maya, I wish you were together to celebrate your 5 Amazing Stars!!!!!!!! Until then, I will celebrate with Ella while begging her for the sequel!

My hands trembling on his hard chest, I opened my mouth, and the words just tumbled out before I could stop myself. “Maybe at another time this could’ve turned into something.” “I believe it’s already something, Maya.” “Yeah…” He was right. It was already something. But it wasn’t something that would be enough. Not for me. Not when he had someone else in his heart. Not when I couldn’t be the one he needed, wanted. Craved even. “Maybe it could have been something more, then.” “Yes. Maybe,” he murmured and brushed a gentle kiss on both of my closed eyelids. The act was so tender that it hurt my heart, and I was forced to close my eyes again. Tighter this time. “Tomorrow, I’ll get over you, Alexander Ross. As soon as I’m on that plane, I’ll get over you,” I said breathlessly. His hands froze on my thighs, and I opened my eyes. He couldn’t even meet my gaze. “What else would you like to do tonight?” he asked instead. I forced a smile on my lips. We had reached the end of my dream. “I think I’m done for the night. I have to get up early tomorrow.” I got up from his lap—ignoring the hands that were trying to hold me down. The frown I came to love so much appeared on his face again. I was going to miss everything about this man.
