Rachel Mason oozes confidence. She’s outgoing, adventurous and would chop off her right arm before caring what other people think of her or her disability.
Nicola Haken has this incredible talent of writing books that make you feel the pain the characters are handling and also the joy they experience..
She writes heartaching stories about real characters with real issues, who have the strength to overcome them and become the better version of themselves..While reading a "Nicola's book" you will jump from one emotional state to another..You will experience almost every negative feeling, but you will feel so good,too...There are many great authors out there,as you may know...But this...No one can do this as well as Nicola Haken..She is outstanding and a truly remarkable person...
Lean On Me is such a peculiar case...I can't give you any spoilers for the book...One,because I'm not planning to ruin your fun and Two, because you will get a hint about the rest of the series...So I can't say how awesome and fun the characters are..I can't tell you about my tendencies to smack anyone or applaude them...I can't say a damn thing....bbuuuttt
But I can say that if you've read the other books, you will love this one,too...Nicola's characters are easy to love and equally easy to sympathize and understand...
Nicola, you did a great job!
Nicola lives in Rochdale, England with her husband and four children and she is the author of New Adult/Contemporary romance novels Inevitable, Saving Amy and the Take My Hand series. When she is not busy playing with her imaginary book friends (or talking about them with real life friends!) she can usually be found studying or carrying out her ordinary mum/housewife/all round slave duties!
