This is the first review
that I’m writing without having any clue as to how to begin…Let’s start with
this..
Kristen Proby is without
a doubt one of the best authors at this moment..Every book she’s writing is
better than the previous, while that previous book was already amazing…She is a
force of nature to reckon with..Her inspiration seems endless, as she blesses
us with many of her books every year…She is undoubtedly one the most talented
writers out there..Not only her writing is flawless..But her creativity shows
no limitations..Every story is entirely different from the other, while they
all still maintain this unique “Kristen’s Aura” as I call it…You know she’s the
author of the book, partly because she’s the reason why you bought it in the
first place and partly because the book is perfect..
I’m not sure if you’ve
noticed, but I’m kind of a huge fan of her work..Her talent and creativity
never cease to amaze me..I just admire that woman so damn much…
So yeah I ADORE Kristen
and her books..Yepp all of them!
Since we are celebrating
her new release, Loving Cara, and this is a review on Loving Cara, I think it’s
time to stop making Kristen blush and start talking about the book itself!
Loving Cara is one of
the sweetest, sexiest, most romantic and definitely most fulfilling books I’ve
read in a while and it’s a sure candidate for one of the best books of the year…
Loving Cara is quite
different from the books in the With Me (in Seattle) Series. It’s much more
emotional and meaningful, in fact. We have our many hot steamy scenes to keep
us entertained, of course. We also have unmistaken humor flowing all over the
book. We do have a romantic story..But Loving Cara is all about love..Whether
it’s love towards the parents, the brother, the nephew, the neighbor, the friend
or your soul-mate…It’s all about giving love and attention to the other
person..It’s about giving your heart to them…The story is indeed overwhelming
and intense in an emotional/sweet kind of way..It’s a bit hard to explain..You
simply have to read it!
As you may already know,
this is usually the point where I’m talking about the writing, the story
itself, the characters, the flow etc…But Honestly…What can you say when the
book is the epitome of perfection?! What can you say when the book had you
looking at it and reading it, as if it’s holy?! What can you say when you’re
trying to find words to write for a review on a Kristen Proby’s book?!
